New Jersey New Business License Classes
Effective November 14, 2025, New Jersey will be adding two new license classes for electronic processing
- Pharmacy Benefits Manager, License and Renewal fee - $10,000
- Pharmacy Services Administrative Organization, License and Renewal fee - $5,000
These new license classes are for business licenses only and will display on the Producer Database.
