The definition of an "agency title insurance producer" or "agency producer" refers to a business entity appointed to represent a title insurer that has a physical address in Louisiana AND as of August 1, 2022 will also have to designate a resident individual producer that is licensed for the LOA title as the person holding responsibility to remain in compliance.
