Effective April 10, 2026, Missouri and Oklahoma will be updating rules involving US Citizenship eligibility for certain license classes. - For Missouri, the following license classes require the applicant to be a US Citizen: - Bail Bond Agent - General Bail Bond Agent - Surety Recovery Agent - Oklahoma requires the applicant to be a US Citizen to be issued a Bail Bondsman license.
Effective April 1, 2026, Colorado will update initial and renewal licensing fees for: - Resident and Nonresident Insurance Producers - Resident Bail Registration To accommodate these pricing changes, Colorado will temporarily pause electronic processing for the following application types: - Resident Licenses and Renewals - Nonresident Licenses and Renewals Electronic applications will not be processed from March 31, 2026.
