Posted July 9, 2025, Virginia Bureau of Insurance posted a bulletin on Agent Appointment and Appointment Billing Processes. As of July 1, 2025, there are NO changes to the agent appointment and billing processes, and the $50 a day penalty for late payments of fees was repealed.
