South Carolina Fingerprinting Process Update Insurance Producers and Bail Bondsman
Effective August 22, 2024, South Carolina made changes to the fingerprinting process for Insurance Producers and Bail Bondsman licenses.
- When the fingerprint form and application must be submitted
- Companies may not save and reuse ORI numbers/service codes
- Any public information containing fingerprint instructions must be removed immediately
