Ohio TPA Expiration Fee Updates
Effective March 12, 2026, Ohio will update the TPA late fee for applicants. For every month past the expiration date, the cost will be $25 cheaper.
- One month past expiration date - $300 fee
- Two months past expiration date - $275 fee
- Three months past expiration date - $250 fee
- Four months past expiration date - $225 fee
- Eight months past expiration date - $125 fee
- ....
- Twelve months past expiration date - $25 fee
