Starting March 28, 2026, Ohio will pause electronic applications for Third Party Administrators applying within one year of their license expiration.

• If your license expired within the past year, you’ll need to apply directly through the Ohio Department of Insurance.
• After one year, you can apply electronically. If the license was voluntarily surrendered, you can reapply electronically at any time.
