Alabama is Removing their Travel Licensing Requirement
Alabama has deleted the travel insurance license requirement.
Some changes:
- AL ST s 27-7-5.2 (Repealed 6/1/2022) - Per 2022 AL H.B. 235(NS) - WHO MUST BE LICENSED and LIMITED LINES: TRAVEL AGENT - Deleted repealed citation and travel insurance licensing requirements.
- AL ST s 27-64-4 (Effective 6/1/2022) - Per 2022 AL H.B. 235(NS) - WHO MUST BE LICENSED and LIMITED LINES: TRAVEL AGENT - Added limited lines travel insurance producer licensing requirements.

Additional changes that define limited lines: travel agent were also posted. More details on this change will be posted when announced.
