Posted May 08, 2025, FINRA has extended the comment period for modernizing FINRA rules, guidance, and processes for the following topics:
- Organization and Operation of Member Workplaces, the comment period has been extended to July 14, 2025
- Facilitate Capital Formation, the comment period has been extended to June 18, 2025
- Broad Review to Modernize Rules Regarding Member Firms and Associated Persons, the comment period has been extended to June 11, 2025

Please note the comment period for "Requests Comment on a Proposal to Reduce Unnecessary Burdens and Simplify Requirements Regarding Associated Persons’ Outside Activities" expires May 13, 2025.
