**License prefix types no longer receiving hard copy invoices: **ADR, ADN, AGR, AGN, AFR, AFN, CON, CFR, CFN, ERN, ERR, EDR, EDN, MVR, MVN, NAV, SSD, SSF, STR, STN, COR, PRN, PRR, SIN, SIR.
