In Guam, insurance licenses expire every year. Guam requires that resident individual licensees complete twenty-four (14) credit hours of continuing education every renewal period. Three (3) of those hours must be in the subject of ethics. Continuing education (CE) courses can be taken digitally.

You can then renew your Guam insurance license online by using either the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR), or by contacting the Department of Insurance via Guamtax.com.  AgentSync can also help with the renewal process.

There is a fee of $100 per application to renew your producer license.

Non-residents producers who meet their home state CE requirements are exempt from Guam CE requirements provided that they have completed all CE renewal requirements for the resident licensure.

Limited information is available for Adjuster License renewal in Guam. Adjusters are required to complete 14-hours hours of continuing education (CE) every two (2) years: 11-hours discipline/general, 3-hrs of ethics.
