Today, AgentSync was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of America’s Best Startup Employers of 2023. AgentSync earned the #65 spot on America’s Best Startup Employers list, which was based on data pointing to employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth.
To determine the honorees, Forbes partnered with Statista, a leading data and business intelligence platform, to conduct an in-depth analysis of more than 7 million data points collected from 2,600 U.S.-based companies founded between 2013 and 2020 and employing at least 50 employees, AgentSync earned a place on the list for the second consecutive year.
“It is an honor to be recognized as one of the best performing, innovative, and stable companies to work for,” said Niji Sabharwal, CEO and co-founder of AgentSync. “We’ve built incredible products, partnered with scores of incredible customers, secured plenty of runway, and have a team that is eager to build and win. I’m beyond fortunate to be working with some of the most talented and passionate group of humans ever assembled.”
Benefits, culture make AgentSync an employer of choice
AgentSync is young and growing quickly. Founded in 2018, it has more than 250 full-time employees working in-person in Denver and remotely across America. It has distinguished itself by articulating and adhering to a set of four core values – customer love, inspire excellence, always be curious, and act like an owner. The values resonate with employees and allow them to bring their full selves to work each day, whether they’re in person or online.
“Without our people, there’s no AgentSync,” said Aaron Wilmot, vice president of people and talent at AgentSync. “We understand that everyone at AgentSync is first a human and then a professional. It is a simple concept, but I think it gets lost in today’s world at the pace in which business moves. We work to align our practices with this approach and it allows us to develop strong, individualized connections with our team.”
Committed to putting people first
Even as many startups navigate an uncertain economic climate, AgentSync’s people continue to drive innovation in insurance compliance. For Jenn Knight, CTO and co-founder, that means continuing on the path of fully integrating compliance across the insurance industry.
“We can only build modern technology infrastructure if we work alongside the people whose pain points we’re trying to solve, and make their priorities our priorities,” said Knight. “It’s invaluable to have people who are willing to work with you to solve their problems, and who share your enthusiasm.”
