The invoice renewal period for Life, Health, Variable Annuity, and Other lines. is Jan. 6, 2023AM CST - March 31, 2023 3PM CST. The late renewal period is April 3, 2023 8AM CST - June 30, 2023 3PM CST. The termination deadlines is Jan. 1, 2023.

With this publication of the Surplus Lines Export List, Wyoming requests feedback on the deletion or addition of what is on the current list. This feedback must be provided by Dec. 5th, 2022.

On Nov. 18th, 2022, Kansas will decrease their fingerprint fee from $60 to $50 for Insurance Producers.

Effective Jan 1., 2023, Georgia will offer a late renewal with associated fees for both resident and nonresidents in the following License Classes: Principal Agency, Branch Agency, Rental Company, Retail Vendors of PEI, Self-Storage Provider. The late renewal period will be 15 days. After this period, one must reapply. The fee is $15.

Wyoming updates the TPA requirements for initial licensing and renewals that are effective immediately. Expand for a summary of the requirements and to view the original document.

The updates will reflect the best interest standards for annuity sales based on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model. The updates result in a one time, 4 credit training course.

The invoice renewal period is November 2, 2022, 8 AM CST until January 2, 2023, 4 PM CST. The deadline for terminations is October 27, 2022. After an appointment is renewed, the new date displayed on the PDB will be December 31, 2023.

Effective Nov. 3rd, 2022, Colorado will adjust their licensing fees to remain in compliance with statutory requirements.

Effective as of September 9, 2022, Oregon began to offer renewals for Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. This is for Resident and No Home State Renewals.
