The 2023 Alabama appointment renewal dates are January 5, 2023 - March 1, 2023. Appointments added after December 31, 2022, will be associated with the 2024 renewal date period
The 2023 Wisconsin appointment renewal dates are 1/5/2023 - 3/15/2023. Appointments added after 1/1/2023 will be associated with the 2024 renewal date period
The 2023 Iowa appointment renewal dates are 1/5/2023 - 3/15/2023. The termination deadline is 12/27/2022
Wyoming's July 7, 2022 Memorandum on Designated Home State Licensing has been modified. It now includes and updated stance which includes reciprocating all resident state adjuster licenses so long as the licensee carries lines of authority reciprocated by Wyoming.
Massachusetts is extending the appointment renewal deadline to October 14, 2022, at 4 pm Central. This is for all individual and business entity appointments and NIPR related fees.
Several Continuing Education Compliance dates will be extended about 3 months due to the impact of Hurricane Ian.
With Hurricane Ian expected to cause damage along the coast of South Carolina, the state will permit nonresident adjusters and motor vehicle damage appraisers to handle claims. No South Carolina license will be required for 60 days from September 29, 2022.
For Third Party Administrator licenses in Connecticut, expiration dates will be extended from September 30, 2022 to October 31, 2022.
Florida has activated their application for companies and adjusting firms to apply for emergency adjuster licenses due to Hurricane Ian. Direction to apply are included in the attachement.
Beginning on October 14, 2022, Delaware will populate the Original Appointment Date. Previously they were populating the appointment effective date in the PDB.
