Mike Hurowitz

Mike Hurowitz is a Senior Technical Recruiter for the Product & Engineering orgs at AgentSync, who specializes in designing and managing robust and efficient interview processes, fostering  strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and building high-performing engineering and product teams.

Mike got into recruitment the way many in the field do – by accident. After finishing his MBA in 2018 he moved from Boston to New York with no job prospects, so when someone from a large recruitment agency reached out on LinkedIn he dove head first into the opportunity. With a mixture of agency and internal recruitment experience under his belt, Mike has a keen eye for improving candidate experience and brings an empathetic approach to recruiting, treating both candidates and hiring managers as his valued customers.

When he isn’t trawling LinkedIn for the next outstanding candidate, Mike enjoys live music, dive bars, and subjecting himself to tremendous danger while navigating the streets of Brooklyn on his trusted steed (his bike).
