AgentSync does not store the agent data that is processed through the AgentSync services. This data is stored in your Salesforce instance on the Salesforce Platform. The AgentSync services act as a pipeline to connect your agent data on Salesforce to agent data in the NIPR. AgentSync may access the agent data on a limited basis to provide account set-up or support services, but only if you grant access. You control the type and duration of AgentSync’s access.
The only data that AgentSync stores is account and transaction information about our customers, which we use for our business operations purposes, such as for billing and to maintain your account. AgentSync uses third party service providers that maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to store this information.
Because the agent data processed through the AgentSync services is stored on the Salesforce platform, it is protected under Salesforce’s security measures. You can find more information about Salesforce’s security measures here.
